This is all the information I could find on this invention. I wish they would provide some numbers to show horsepower and efficiencies as it worries me to read he cuts fuel in half when the engine is running. “Fred Craine has invented a gas saving device he calls “Mylege Mastre.” “It has never failed,” says Craine. Craine says his invention saves gas and reduces gas emissions. Craine says, “I’m getting 42 miles to the gallon on this car (a 1998 Ford Taurus). On the other car, I got 60.” He says the electronic device is designed for fuel-injected engines. At speeds of 35 miles an hour or better, he says you press a switch and the “Mylege Mastre” cuts off the fuel to half of the engine saving gas. “The secret of the invention is the simplicity and dependability of it,” says Engle. Engle is encouraging Craine to take the “Mylege Mastre” to market. “I’d like America to use this device to reduce their gas bills. I don’t want to take it to the oil companies because they will throw it away,” says Craine. Craine says his “Mylege Mastre” will sell for $35 to $70, depending on the size of the engine and if the vehicle has cruise control. He says it works on any four, six, or eight cylinder engine and takes about an hour to install.
